Rosondunnii (pronounced ro-ZAWN-du-nee) Marshall is a southern Black woman, who recognized the need for therapy after learning that the girls she mentored needed more than just shared experiences and relatability. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Foundation for the Advancement of Human Systems (FAHS) Doctoral Fellow, she supports individuals, families, youth, and communities to ensure accessibility to quality, culturally responsive, therapeutic services and programming.
She also integrates her lived experiences and previous roles to educate incoming practitioners, while facilitating circles and informing racially, socially, and culturally diverse populations in real time. Rosondunnii is active in her local community as she leads the youth ministry at her church, mentors middle school-aged youth as a Pitch In Middle School Champion, and partners with global organizations to provide counseling services to those in need and women who have survived sexual assault.
